I work with teams and individuals looking to break limiting beliefs, better understand who they are, what their unique strengths are, and how to best operate with others. I'm here for those looking for a challenge — exploring areas of growth and development to help them level up.
My love for coaching started in London in 2016, managing an organisation that supported young people to break out of cycles of poverty and gain meaningful employment. Throughout my years of coaching, I’ve seen the power that coaching has to bring about personal transformation to a wide range of people from students trying to find their path, to successful business owners and entrepreneurs.
My approach is grounded and authentic. I value the uniqueness of each individual, and I bring a passion for measurable, sustainable growth alongside a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Facing my husband's cancer diagnosis, I've gained a deeper understanding of grit, and of what it takes to get through your hardest moments. These moments have grafted me into a more deeply compassionate person who doesn't take life for granted. Individual coaching sessions are focussed entirely on you and your specific needs. Whether you want to achieve more at work, discover and live out your strengths, operate with more confidence and assertiveness, or explore how to cope and thrive in a busy world. Coaching is a collaborative partnership: we explore your current reality, set goals for where you’d like to be, and design the pathway to get there.
Group Training
Centred around creating connected, high-performing teams. Sessions cover building trust, effective delegation, navigating conflict, and creating a robust culture of open feedback — practical leadership frameworks paired with the human skills that actually move teams forward.

What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership where the coach and client work together to unlock, transform and overcome challenges or situations in order to achieve growth. Coaching is predominantly action-oriented and solution-focused. While there is a clear purpose to each session, compassion, understanding and authenticity are what make the journey come alive.
Coaching empowers clients to explore who they are, and what barriers they might be facing in achieving their goals. The methodology uncovers pathways to living a full and meaningful life, according to your unique values and goals. Coaching is a journey with you as a pilgrim and your coach as your ally and confidant.
What’s the difference between a coach and a psychologist?
Psychological counselling often involves addressing and dealing with past pain and supporting individuals to improve their emotional wellbeing. At times, coaching can look similar but it is predominantly present and future-focussed.
While we may spend time talking about past experiences, it would be for the purpose of taking learnings from them and applying them to the present or future. Coaching is solutions-focussed and centred around the belief that you, the client, holds the wisdom and knowledge needed to achieve and manage what is before you.

I offer sessions online via Zoom or in-person in Cape Town, South Africa.
How much does coaching cost?

How long is a coaching session?
Individual sessions are usually 60 minutes.
Group sessions are designed around your specific team needs. They can range from 60 minutes to a series of full day workshops.
